A message of assurance regarding Coronavirus, COVID-19

At Widemouth Manor, we value the personal relationship we have with our guests and visitors. With this in mind, we feel that it’s important to assure you of the procedures we have put in place, to help protect the people staying and working within The Widemouth Manor regarding the COVID-19

We want to ensure our guests remain healthy. We also want you to be comfortable and confident when visiting us. We understand that the situation can be worrying but we would like to reassure you that we are closely monitoring the developing situation and following Government guidance to ensure you can enjoy your visit with us.

We are very much open for business as usual.

We would advise everyone to check the Gov.UK website for the most up-to-date information: www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-information-for-the-public.

If you have booked directly with us and are impacted by this advice, have any symptoms of Coronavirus or have any concerns please call us 01288 361207. If you have booked via a third party for eg booking.com please contact them directly.

When visiting our hotel we would ask all our guests to follow the NHS guidelines from their website which is assessable via www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-civid-19/common-questions/

Common advise to date is as follows:

  • maintain good levels of personal hygiene, including frequent hand washing with soap and water, for at least 20 seconds.
  • using hand sanitizers if soap and water is not available
  • covering mouth and nose with tissue or the sleeve when coughing or sneezing
  • putting any used tissues in the bin immediately after use, and washing hands afterwards
